‘The Lean Startup’ by Eric Ries

Read twice ‘The Lean Startup’ by Eric Ries (on Audible & excellent narration, by Eric himself) & found it, the quintessential book or knowledge, every entrepreneur should posses.

I still feel, it should be read more often to get the learning into the veins of our business & team working. I feel blessed that I came across this book at the right time before making too many mistakes.

It was suggested by Dr Aniruddha Malpani & I found myself in wrong foot, many a times, while reading this book. Thanks Dr Aniruddha sir, for opening my eyes to the reality & the course correction through this book..

The book is infact thought provoking & gives a sense of looking beyond ‘passionately doing something’.. It opens the raisons d’être of entrepreneurship itself & how the approach of an entrepreneur should be different than any mature business…

It is just not the ‘risk’ but the ‘pivoting’ decision can also get an entrepreneur, success. Finally, the importance of ‘minimum viable product’ & how it should be structured along with the faster implementation of ‘Build-Measure-Learn’ cycle, must be taken utmost seriously…

Thanks Eric for writing such an amazing & life saving book for novice entrepreneurs like me…
