The book suggests getting ready by 5 AM to follow the 20-20-20 formula. The 20-20-20 formula actually denotes 3 sections of 20 min each & collectively known as self victory hour.
The first 20 min should go for extensive exercises which make you sweat. The author suggests that you should leave the bed as soon as you open your eyes.
The next 20 min should go for meditation or deep thinking regarding the priorities and schedule. This is vital as we get a chance to choose the most important problems to solve for the day.
The last 20 min should go for enhancing or upgrading the skills or domain knowledge required for the career or profession. This includes reading or listening to relevant books, podcasts, articles, or watching domain-specific videos.
The book further suggests that one should practice it religiously for the next 66 days to make it a lifelong habit.
