Chanakya, the greatest of all time, has been known for his exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities since time immemorial. Fortunately, we can still seek his advice through his excellent book ‘Arthashastra’, which touches almost every aspect of life & enterprise.

‘Corporate Chanakya’ is actually a kind of summary book based on ‘Arthashastra. Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai has transformed all the wisdom nuggets of Chanakya in a language, suitable and understandable by today’s generation.

The book essentially has everything on which most of the MBA courses are based on.

The best part of the book is that it doesn’t expect any ‘prior knowledge of management’ or leadership skill before start reading.

All the principles, tools and wisdom have been illustrated in a very simple language.

Among many things, which I have learnt from this book, I loved the most regarding team building and maintaining. It encapsulates that an organization is actually a reflection of its leaders’ work ethics.
